OVER 25 YEARS OF SALES LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE
Meet Randy
Born and raised in Etobicoke, Ontario, Randy now resides in Southwestern, Ontario with his wife Joanna. Proud parents of two children who have grown up and begun their journeys through life.
Randy’s competitive nature stems from a childhood of playing hockey and lacrosse from the age of 6 years old, it’s a Canadian thing. Although an average hockey player, Randy was an exceptional lacrosse player. “Being named to the Ontario National Team in 1982 was an experience of a lifetime”. Unfortunately, at the time, lacrosse was a mere pastime and not the thriving sport that it is today. Lots of bumps, bruises, sprains, and broken bones – what were his parents thinking? Learning the importance of teamwork and having a competitive drive from a young age, provided a solid foundation for a professional sales career.
Professional Career
Randy started his B2B sales career as a CAE with Canon Canada, selling office technology and office solutions. Arguably one of the most competitive industries, competing against the best-trained sales forces in the world. Randy not only survived, but he also thrived in a sales capacity for a decade. Proving himself time and time again, earning opportunities for advancement at every turn.
Throughout his 25-year professional sales and leadership career, Randy has been recognized for Outstanding Sales Achievement on numerous occasions, including being named a 5-time President’s Club Award recipient as an individual contributor. Randy’s success in sales was the foundation that led to him becoming a valued member in an Executive Leadership role for over a decade. He has an exemplary record of accomplishment in recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing sales teams.
Why, PMG?
In 2019 Randy founded the Performance Management Group after spending almost 3 decades working for large multinational global organizations. His passion for the profession of sales and sales leadership set the stage for what he wanted to do as a solopreneur. Bringing his corporate experience to the SMB space with a greater focus on assisting small businesses.
“The success we have been able to achieve with our clients only proves the concept behind Fractional Sales Leadership and the importance of continuous Coaching. Sometimes the smallest of changes can have the greatest impact.” Randy
